Role Overview

As a Senior Executive Assistant at Tailored Teams, you will function as a true extension of a founder or executive leader. This is not a task-based or reactive support role. You’ll be entrusted with judgment, prioritization, and execution across critical initiatives that directly impact the business.

You’ll operate in a high-context, fast-paced environment where clarity, discretion, and proactive thinking are essential. Your role is to reduce decision fatigue for the executive, bring structure to complexity, and ensure that priorities translate into meaningful outcomes. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who want ownership, influence, and long-term growth, not micromanagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Minimum 5+ years experience supporting founders, C-suite executives, or senior leadership
  • Proven success in high-accountability, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Fully committed to a full-time role (no side gigs or conflicting engagements)

  • Meetings, decisions, and follow-ups happen efficiently because of your systems
  • You reduce cognitive load for the executive by bringing clarity to complex situations
  • By 12 months, your impact is felt across the organization through better execution and alignment
Tools & Ways of Working
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Slack for async communication
  • Notion or similar tools for documentation and planning

You should be comfortable learning new tools quickly and improving workflows independently.
